If you have completed a transaction that the Brand has marked as Completed, the 15 day trial period has ended and you have not received compensation on the Friday following the completion of the trial period, make sure you have met the criteria to be paid.
Alternatively, if you haven't received the product/access to the service that the brand included in the pitch you accepted, first try to resolve this issue with the brand directly by messaging them.

If you have tried multiple times in good faith to proceed with the transaction as agreed upon, you can flag the transaction and we will review it. If you decide to flag a transaction, the process is simple: within the message tab of the appropriate transaction, you can click the transaction options menu icon (‧‧‧) then click Flag this Transaction.
Appropriate reasons for flagging a transaction include, requesting help to get any party to comply with the terms of your agreement, bringing to our attention any party that has acted in a non-professional manner, or bringing to our attention any content that doesn’t comply with Intellifluence's policies.
