In certain instances when our Terms of Service have been violated, we will require a brand to participate in a Campaign Health Check in order to continue using Intellifluence.
We strive to make Intellifluence an efficient and enjoyable platform for all users and are committed to providing extra assistance when needed to help users avoid Terms of Service and Community Standards violations.
You will be notified via an alert if you are in violation of our Terms of Service and need to participate in a Campaign Health Check in order to come back into compliance. Here's how it works:
1. You will schedule a Campaign Health Check at your convenience here
2. At the schedule time, a friendly Intellifluence Support team member will explain the violation and what is required to remedy the situation(s) with your campaign(s)
3. Once you have addressed the issues, that's it!
The Campaign Health Check will be conducted using Zoom, so make sure you are using a device which will allow you to participate in a screen share for an optimal experience.
