In certain cases, influencers that were previously deactivated for violating our Terms of Service are eligible to be reinstated upon request, at our discretion. Once an influencer is reinstated, a 60 day probationary period is kicked off, which includes the following:
1. Reinstated influencers may only participate in transactions involving cash (no products).
2. At the completion of the 60 day probationary period, an Intellifluence Admin will review all activity within the timeframe to ensure no further violations occurred.
If no further violations occurred, the influencer will be considered fully reinstated and can also participate in product campaigns.
Account reactivation based on a previous Terms of Service violation is considered a one-time courtesy that we extend in certain cases. Not all reactivation requests will be approved. We reserve the right to permanently ban influencers that continue to violate our Terms of Service.
