If you see a notification in a campaign message thread stating a brand has been locked, this typically means there is an issue that the brand needs to correct before they are able to complete any additional transactions.
While we are not always able to disclose the reason a brand has been locked, you can contact support with any questions you may have pertaining to transactions involving a locked brand.
Note: If a brand is locked, you are still required to complete the required work associated with the transaction, to the best of your ability. If you are unable to complete any of the required work due to the brand being locked, please notify support and we will provide further assistance.
