How do I request a due date extension from a brand?

You can request a due date extension from the brand you are working with if you meet the following criteria:

1. You're up! displays in the transaction status of the message thread.

2. The due date of the transaction is within the next 7 days.

To request a due date extension, click the orange Actions button, then click Request Extension in the dropdown.

Note: You may only request a due date extension one time per transaction. Approval of due date extension is at the sole discretion of the brand you are working with. As an influencer, you are required to complete all of the work required within a transaction after you have accepted a pitch from a brand.
