Once you have applied for an offer in the Marketplace, the brand will review your application and make a decision. At some point, you may wonder, "why haven't I been accepted?"
Applying to a campaign doesn't guarantee your application will be approved. This decision is up to the brand that has posted the offer. You must wait until you receive a pitch from the brand and accept it to begin any work. Within the message thread of the transaction, you'll see a SallyBot prompt letting you know who needs to take the next action step.
You can view the current status of your application by navigating to the Messages screen (click Messages on the left menu) or the Transactions screen (click Transactions on the left menu).
You have the option of contacting the brand for an update by clicking the envelope icon that corresponds with the campaign you applied to and sending a message. Note: there is a message limit before the transaction is kicked off. If your applications aren't being accepted, consider working to boost your profile strength to make you stand out to brands and working to enhance your social profiles, blogs, etc. is always a good idea!
You may also withdraw your application by clicking Withdraw Application if you change your mind.
Sometimes, the offer you are applying to is filled for the time being and you are automatically added to a wait list. If this is the case, the brand will be able to review your application in the order received, once eligible.
