You may archive (cancel) a transaction for any reason before the influencer has accepted the pitch. To do this, click the menu options icon in the top right corner of the transaction message thread within the transaction you want to archive, then select Archive Transaction:
If an influencer has already accepted a pitch, you must contact customer support to request an archive and the Intellifluence customer service agent will determine if your request qualifies based on our Terms of Service.
