Intellifluence is an affordable influencer marketing platform that provides brands with access to numerous reputable influencers. Brands can create and manage campaigns as well as keep track of the process of each transaction located within their campaigns and pay influencers via Payments. Brands can keep track of what influencers they are collaborating with by filtering influencers by their status in the campaign. The status updates next to the influencer’s name will either be opportunity, marketplace, accepted, declined, completed, archived, or expired.
The opportunity status informs brands that a pitch has not been sent to the influencer or the influencer has yet to accept the pitch. The marketplace status tells brands that an influencer has applied to their campaign from the Intellifluence Marketplace. An accepted status indicates that the influencer has accepted the pitch that the brand sent and the influencer would like to collaborate with the brand.
When a status of declined appears next to the influencer’s name, it informs the brand that they declined the influencer’s application to collaborate on that brand’s particular campaign or that the influencer declined the brand’s pitch to collaborate on their campaign. An transaction with the status of completed indicates that the influencer completed the required work associated with the transaction to the brand's liking (the brand has 7 days after the influencer marks as posted to review and mark the work as completed).
When a transaction has a status of archived, it means the brand has requested that the transaction be archived (essentially marked as inactive or cancelled). There are certain reasons a brand would want to archive a campaign (such as an error), but campaigns can only be archived with approval from Intellifluence Support.
Lastly when a transaction has a status of expired it means it informs the brand that they sent an influencer a pitch either three, seven, or fourteen days prior and the influencer did not accept the pitch in that time frame. However, if brands want to collaborate with the influencers who have a status of expired they are able to re pitch those influencers.
No matter what plan brands choose, they are able to create and have at least three active campaigns running. The higher the plan, the more campaigns brands are able to create and keep active. When brands create campaigns they have the ability to name their campaign as well as select the type of compensation they want to offer for their campaign which can be cash, a free product, or both. Brands are able to get very precise with their campaign by indicating what social media they want influencers to post on, when the required work needs to be completed by, the type of product they offer for compensation, the cash amount offered, and what information is required from the influencers.
Brands are able to contact the influencers they are collaborating with through the Intellifluence messaging tool. Brands will receive a notification to their email that they have a message waiting from an influencer within a transaction. The messaging tool allows a brand to keep track of influencer responses without having to search through their email account. Brands will also be able to view how many pitches were sent and accepted and how many transactions were completed each week, month, quarter and year by viewing the campaign summary found within Intellifluence’s reports tool.
Brands can also view the amount of pitches sent, amount of pitches accepted, quantity of products sent, quantity of products received by influencers, how much money was sent for payment to influencers, how much monetary incentive influencers received from the brand, number of posted links, and how many transaction were completed for every campaign created. This helps the brand keeps track of what campaigns are succeeding and what products are most popular with our influencers.
Brands are able to easily view the post links from influencers with Intellifluence’s reports tool instead of having to search through every single transaction looking for the link to the review. Within the posted links page brands can see the influencer that posted, the name of the campaign the post is for, the value of the product the influencer received, the cash amount the influencer received, the URL to the post the influencer created, and when the influencer provided the post link.
This helps brands identify what transactions have been completed and what transactions are still waiting on post links even after the campaign’s due date. By knowing what transactions brands are waiting on posts from they are able to utilize the Intellifluence flagging feature. The flagging feature then notifies admin that an issue has arose within the transaction and thus that prompts admin to enter the transaction in order to try to resolve the issue.
After creating a campaign, brands are also able to pitch influencer by utilizing the Intellifluence Discover Tool. Brands have the ability to get very specific with what influencers they want to collaborate with by filtering influencers using our Advanced filters tool. Brands are able to filter influencers by refining by influencer, refining by budget, refine by social platform, and refining by website metrics.
When refining by influencer, brands can select what gender of influencer they wish to collaborate with, what country the influencer needs to reside in, what specialty of product influencers are interested in reviewing, the work history the brand has with with the influencer, and the reach the influencer must have in order to collaborate. When refining by budget, brands can filter based on the maximum value of the product the brand is willing to offer as compensation and the maximum spend amount. The maximum spend amount is the cash amount brands are willing to pay each individual influencer it is not the total cash amount they are willing to spend for the campaign.
In short, Intellifluence is an affordable influencer marketing platform for brands. Brands are able to pay influencers, create campaigns, manage campaigns, message influencer, and flag transactions. Intellifluence has features that ensure keeping track of campaigns and collaborating with influencers is painless.
If there is ever an issue, brands have the opportunity to notify the admin about the issue so the admin can resolve it. It’s a platform that enables brands to collaborate with social media influencers in order to promote their product. Brands can rely on the influencers to post honest reviews and to help drive sales. Intellifluence is the perfect platform for brands as it caters to all types of brands of all different sizes.
