How does auto-pitching work?

When you set up Auto-Pitching, our system will automatically send pitches to opportunities within your campaign, based on your Auto-Pitching criteria. This will save you time and effort.

You have the ability to automate pitching three ways:

Immediate (pitches influencers as quickly as possible)

Daily (X number of pitches sent on a daily basis, at a specific time)

Weekly (X number of pitches sent on a specific day, once per week, at a specific time)

To set up auto pitching:

1. access the specific campaign and click Set Up Auto-Pitching.

Note: In order to automatically pitch influencers, you must add influencers to your campaign. Once you have done this, the influencer(s) will be in the Opportunities status (which qualifies them to be automatically pitched).

2. If you are looking to schedule pitches on a daily or weekly basis (drip pitching), learn how to do this here. If you are looking to auto-pitch influencers on an immediate basis, enter the number of automated pitches you will allow at a time in the Automated Pitch Total field. This sets the maximum number of automated pitches sent at a time. This number does not include pitches you manually send.

3. Set a Pitch Expiration timeframe. This determines how long your pitch will remain active for the influencer to accept before expiring.

4. Select whether you want to limit Auto-Pitching based on the numerical number of maximum accepted pitches (3, 10, 29, etc), or a specific budget (not to exceed your available Intellifluence Payments account balance).

5. Select a date in which Auto-Pitching will end in the Stop Auto-Pitching After field.

6. Select if you would like to enable auto pitching right away (optional)

7. Click Set up

8. To being auto pitching, toggle Enable Auto-Pitching on to complete the process.

Once you have set up auto-pitching, you can click the Settings button to review auto-pitching stats, if applicable, and make any updates if you decide you want to change anything.

If you ever want to disable auto-pitching, simply toggle Enable Auto-Pitching off, and no more pitches will be automatically sent. Note that any pitches that have already been sent and are still active will not be cancelled by toggling this off.
